Notice of application to vary a Premises
Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Young & Co.'s Brewery Plc
in respect of Premises known as Oyster Shed, 1 Angel
Lane, St Pauls, London, EC4R 3AB applied to City of
London Corporation for a Variation of a Premises
Licence. The proposed variation is: 1. To vary the layout
of the premises for the ground floor only (all other
floors to remain as existing) in accordance with plans
supplied by the applicant. All permitted hours, licensable
activities and opening hours to remain as existing.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by City of
London, Licensing Section, Walbrook Wharf, 78-83
Upper Thames Street, London, EC4R 3TD no later
than 29th March 2018 stating the grounds for
representation.

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the
Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Eataly Retail UK Limited
has applied to City of London Corporation for the
grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises
to be known as Eataly, Unit 1, 135 Bishopsgate,
London, EC2M 3TP. The proposed licensable
activities and their hours are: 1. Supply of alcohol
from 09:00 hours to 00:00 hours Monday to Sunday.
2. Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 hours to
00:00 hours Monday to Sunday. 3. Opening hours
from 07:00 hours to 00:30 hours Monday to Sunday.
