Center on Tuesday, September 25, in conjunction with a breakfast celebrating the Parade of Veterans and Titleholders and<br />
Parade of Rescues. An assembly time will be in the welcome packet. Parade order will be by catalog order. Each entry will<br />
receive a personalized rosette.<br />
Arrival on Site / Move-In<br />
The grounds will open at noon on Friday, September 21, <strong>2018</strong>. Early arrivals will line up in the large parking lot adjacent to the<br />
stock arena and will wait to be parked. Registration packets will be available for pick-up in the Nationals Show Office in the<br />
Event Center. Signs with grooming space assignments will be posted. The RV Chair, Rick Morgan, will send instructions for RV<br />
move-in with your confirmation. The Nationals Committee will all be wearing gold logo shirts on move-in day, so if you have<br />
questions, stop someone in a gold shirt and ask for help.<br />
Move-Out<br />
We must be off the site by 10 P.M. Saturday night, September 29, <strong>2018</strong>. Grooming and RV spaces must be cleared and left<br />
clean. PLEASE do not leave tarps or other trash.<br />
Information Center<br />
A message board will be provided at the Nationals Office in the Event Center for personal information and updates on Nationals<br />
information. Lost and found items can be turned into the Nationals Office.<br />
Clean Up After Your Dog!<br />
Please immediately clean up after your dog. Failure to remove your dog’s mess may result in our removing you from the show<br />
grounds with no refund.<br />
Souvenir and Logo items<br />
Come by our merchandise booth located in the Event Center. If you cannot attend Nationals, merchandise will also be available<br />
online through our Nationals website, www.asca<strong>2018</strong>.com.<br />
Golf Cart Rental<br />
Golf carts are available to rent directly through Colorado Golf. They can be contacted at (303) 761-3332 or (800) 634-7823. The<br />
carts will be labeled with the renter’s name and the keys will be in the cart.<br />
ASHGI Basket Silent Auction<br />
This year we will hold a silent auction of donated baskets to benefit ASHGI, the Australian Shepherd Health and Genetics<br />
Institute. Proceeds will be split between epilepsy and cancer research, as ASHGI deems best. Individuals and affiliates should<br />
contact Lacey Kafer at lacey.kafer@gmail.com for information on donating a basket for the auction. Baskets may be delivered to<br />
the basket display area in the Event Center. Bids may be placed during show hours. The payments and final bids for most baskets<br />
will be taken at noon on Friday, and a few special items will be finalized at the Friday banquet.<br />
Welcome BBQ Dinner<br />
To celebrate the start of Nationals, we are hosting an informal get together on Saturday, September 22, at the Bunkhouse. Dinner<br />
will feature Pulled Pork and/or Pulled Chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, cookies, brownies, ice tea and lemonade and a cash bar.<br />
The cost will be $5; please reserve your tickets on the summary submission form as reservations are required for attendance.<br />
National Banquet<br />
The National Banquet will be held at 7 P.M. on Friday night, September 28. Reservations are required and can be made using the<br />
summary submission form. The meal will feature carved roast beef, chicken cordon-bleu, mashed potatoes/gravy, mixed<br />
vegetables, garden salad, rolls & butter and assorted truffle desserts.<br />
The cost will be $35 for adults and $15 for children under 10. Notify Geri Scheidt if you require a vegetarian/vegan alternative or<br />
some other dietary request. We will accommodate, if possible. There will be a cocktail hour with a cash bar starting at 6 P.M.<br />
Entertainment will be provided, and MVA and MVJ will also be presented at this event. We will also have a table decorating<br />
contest, with entry fees going to benefit ASHGI. Look for more details on this closer to time on our Facebook page and website.<br />

Grooming Spaces / Bathing Facilities<br />
Reserved grooming space is available in the Livestock Building, which is not climate-controlled. Spaces are approximately 10 X<br />
10 feet and exercise pens are allowed. Some spaces may be irregular due to support pillars. Grooming spaces will be assigned.<br />
Electrical outlets are available, but must be shared. Free grooming area will be available outside and exercise pens may be set up<br />
there. All grooming spaces must be kept clean. The Grooming building will be open daily 6:30 AM - 11:00 P.M. NO DOGS IN<br />
THE GROOMING AREA AFTER 11:00 P.M. EACH DAY. Reservations are $175 per space for the show. No per day<br />
reservations will be accepted. Any unreserved spaces will be available at the show on a first-come, first-served basis at $200 per<br />
space. Contact the Nationals Show Office in the Event Center at the show for an unreserved space. Handicap spaces are<br />
available. Include handicap documentation with Submission Form. There will be NO refunds on cancellations received after<br />
August 1, <strong>2018</strong>. Group Reservations: Those wishing to be assigned together should have ONE person reserve the total number<br />
of spaces needed for the group. There will be an outside dog washing area available, and we will provide Booster Baths.<br />
