(B) The entities identified in paragraph (2) above, as well as any other federal,
state, municipal or other local government agencies that there is reason to
believe would likely be interested in or affected by the application.
PURPA Benefits
Because Exelon is seeking a new license under section 15 of the Federal Power
Act, this requirement does not apply. However, Exelon is notifying resource
agencies, stakeholders, and members of the public consulted through the
integrated licensing process of the filing of this License Application as required
by section 5.17(d)(1) of the Commission’s regulations.
Exelon is not seeking any PURPA benefits in association with the relicensing of the Project.
