TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. CENTURION DINING. Subject to availability. American Express
and Partner Terms and Conditions apply. In addition Centurion has
over 350 recommended restaurants, handpicked by our culinary experts
and ready to welcome you with a complimentary bottle of wine or an
appetizer. American Express and Partner Terms and Conditions apply.
Benefits are valid only when full payment is made with an American
Express Card in the Centurion member’s name. To redeem benefits,
restaurant reservations must be made through Centurion Concierge
and the reservation must be in the Centurion member’s name. Benefits
are valid for seated dining only and cannot be combined with any other
offer or promotion. Benefits are limited to one redemption per visit, per
Centurion Card, per bill, per table, unless otherwise stated. Blackout
dates may apply, please check with Centurion Concierge when making
a reservation. Cancellation and no-show policies may apply, please
check with Centurion Concierge when making a reservation. Benefits
may be limited to a maximum number of people, please check with
Centurion Concierge when making a reservation. Each reserved table
has a maximum number of diners and your booking cannot exceed this.
All reserved tables may be subject to a pre-communicated sitting time.

PASS. Both the main Centurion member and Supplementary Centurion
member can enrol into Priority Pass. In order to access priority pass
lounges, the Centurion member must present a valid Priority Pass card
in his/her name, along with boarding pass for same-day travel and
government-issued id. The main Centurion member and Supplementary
Centurion member may bring up to one guest into lounge at no cost.
Any additional guests will be charged a fee at the prevailing rate –
currently US$27 per person, per visit, to his or her American Express
Centurion Card.4. AMERICAN EXPRESS LOUNGES. Centurion
members have unlimited complimentary access to American Express
Lounge locations. Guest access policies vary by location and are subject
to change. To access American Express Lounges, the Centurion member
must present the agent with the following upon each visit: his or her
valid Card and upon request, same-day airline ticket on any carrier and a
government-issued ID. Failure to present this documentation may result
in access being denied. Centurion members will not be compensated
for changes in locations, rates or policies. For US lounge locations,
Centurion member must be at least 18 years of age to enter without a
parent or guardian. Centurion member must be 21 years of age to enter
a lounge with a self-service bar, unless accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian. American Express reserves the right to remove any person
from a lounge for inappropriate behaviour or failure to adhere to lounge
rules, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive
or violent. Access is subject to space availability. Hours vary by location
and are subject to change. Amenities and services vary among lounge
locations and are subject to change. Use of American Express Lounges
is subject to all rules and conditions set by American Express. American
Express reserves the right to revise the rules at any time without notice.

2. ONEFINESTAY. Bookings to be made through Centurion Travel
service unless otherwise agreed. Credit valid for bookings made
before 31 December 2016. Credit will appear on the check-out invoice
in currency of destination. Charge to Centurion member is in the
currency of destination. Payment must be made in full with a Centurion
Card in the Centurion member’s name. One booking per Account
(main or Supplementary) per stay. Centurion member must travel on
the itinerary booked to be eligible for benefits described. May not be
combined with other offers unless indicated. Limit one benefit package
per property, per stay. Back-to-back stays within a 24-hour period at
the same property considered one stay. Blackout dates may apply and

based on FINE HOTELS & RESORTS bookings in 2015 for stays of two
nights. Actual value will vary based on property, room rate, upgrade
availability, and use of benefits. Valid only for new FINE HOTELS &
RESORTS bookings made through Centurion Travel service. Payment
must be made in full with a Centurion Card in the Centurion member’s
name. Centurion member must travel on itinerary booked to be eligible
for benefits described. Noon check-in and room upgrade are based on
availability and are provided at check-in. Certain room categories are
not eligible for room upgrade; call Centurion Travel service for details.
Breakfast amenity varies by property, but will be, at a minimum, a
Continental breakfast. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in room, with
the exception of select properties where In-Room Wi-Fi is included as
part of a mandatory daily resort fee or is not available. In these instances
complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided in a common space on property.
Call Centurion Travel service for property-specific details regarding
Wi-Fi. Benefit restrictions vary by FINE HOTELS & RESORTS property
and cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other
offers unless indicated. Benefits and additional FINE HOTELS &
RESORTS promotions are only applied at check-out and expire at checkout.
Limit one benefit package per room, per stay. Three-room limit
per Centurion member, per stay; back-to-back stays within a 24-hour
period at the same property considered one stay. 4. Valid only for new
CENTURION FINE HOTELS & RESORTS bookings made through
Centurion Travel service at participating Aman, Belmond, Mandarin
Oriental Hotel Group, Oetker Collection, The Peninsula Hotels,
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, St. Regis, and Waldorf Astoria Hotels &
Resorts properties. Payment must be made in full with an American
Express Card in the Centurion member’s name. Available for Centurion
members only. Centurion member must travel on itinerary booked to
be eligible for benefits described. Noon check-in is based on availability
and is provided at check-in. Room upgrade will be confirmed at time
of reservation subject to availability, and will replace FINE HOTELS &
RESORTS room upgrade at time of check-in. Certain room categories
are not eligible for room upgrade; call Centurion Travel service for
details. Breakfast amenity varies by property, but will be, at a minimum,
a continental breakfast. Benefit restrictions vary by CENTURION
FINE HOTELS & RESORTS property and cannot be redeemed for

Certain participating CENTURION FINE HOTELS & RESORTS
properties will offer with a minimum paid two-consecutive-night stay
a Centurion benefit of (1) a US$200 food and beverage or spa credit;
(2) a US$200 food and beverage credit only; or (3) a US$100 food and
beverage or spa credit. Call Centurion Travel service for details. Credit
is applied in U.S. dollars or equivalent in local currency based on the
exchange rate on the day of check-out. Unused credit will be forfeited
at check-out. Benefits and additional FINE HOTELS & RESORTS
promotions are only applied at check-out and expire at check-out.

5. THE HOTEL COLLECTION. Valid only for new THE HOTEL
COLLECTION bookings with participating providers of two or more
consecutive nights made through Centurion Travel service, American
Express Travel office or American Express Travel Online (online
bookings currently only available to Basic members). Available only
for the following American Express members: Consumer and Business
Centurion® Members (“Eligible members”). Payment must be made
in full with an American Express Card in the Eligible Cardmember’s
name. Eligible Cardmember must travel on itinerary booked to be
eligible for benefits described. A one-category room upgrade is based
on availability and eligibility at check-in to the hotel. The Cardmember
will receive the credit as a deduction from the final hotel bill when
checking out of the hotel; they will receive US$1 for each eligible dollar
