Fairway have added a premium brand of ice cream to our extensive<br />
range of own brand goods. Madagascan vanilla dairy ice cream is a<br />
popular high-quality product in addition to Fairway’s ice cream range,<br />
which consists of the standard vanilla, strawberry and chocolate flavours.<br />
The premium ice cream boasts authentic flavouring from the African<br />
island of Madagascar, which produces the world’s purest and best vanilla<br />
beans. In addition, it has 20% more double cream than standard ice<br />
cream, and contains flecks of vanilla bean seeds, which boost flavour<br />
and appearance. The ice cream is available in 2kg/4 litre tubs with resealable<br />
lids for efficient storage. Fairway Foodservice also guarantees<br />
peace of mind with constant availability of the product during the<br />
summer months and periods of sudden heatwaves.<br />
