Student Centred
“There has definitely
been an effect on attendance. Before
Teachers First some students where just
attending 70-80% of the time. Now, the
same students attend 100% of the
time.“- Yasser Taha, Cairo
“I was the most traditional teacher
imaginable. I could not see another way
to do it. My teaching has now changed so
much. I am the one telling them (teachers) we
must change. I cannot believe that teaching
could be so much more rewarding, this
project has helped me find this. I will
never go back" - Mohamed
Samir, Aswan
