Louvers<br />

Louvers are very similar to dampers; the difference<br />

being made by the fact that the slats are fixed at production<br />

and their angle is not adjustable later on.<br />

Louvers serve a critical need to allow air flow<br />

through openings in air filtration systems while keeping out<br />

unwanted elements such as water, dirt, and debris. The<br />

basic considerations for selecting louvers are Louver Free<br />

Area, Water Penetration, and Resistance to Airflow<br />

(Pressure Loss).<br />

Selecting the right product for the application is<br />

important to meeting performance needs.<br />

Built using no welding technology, cut and bend only this ensures:<br />

• Lower manufacturing costs<br />

• Easier and less expensive to transport<br />

• Safer and more eco-friendly installation<br />

• Easier to handle and unload<br />

• Easier to repair.<br />

Depending on the client needs, louvers can be made from aluminium,<br />

steel or stainless-steel.<br />
