Unspoilt and untouched are words regularly used to describe
this peaceful spot in the heart of Wales. Explore the many
quaint local villages with their black and white timbered
Tudor buildings, the grandeur of Powys Castle or discover the
heritage of Gregynog Hall with its national treasures of art
and artefacts gathered by the Davies sisters who sought to
bring art, music and creativity to the people of Wales.
Montgomeryshire is a treasure box of delights for nature
lovers and explorers - mountain biking, fishing, clay pigeon
shooting, walking and rambling are all to be found on your
doorstep. The narrow gauge light railway in nearby Welshpool,
first opened in 1903 continues to enthrall enthusiasts from
across the country. Our Roman heritage too can be
re-discovered in local vineyards as well as fine dining in
Michelin star restaurants.

resort whilst watching the red kites soar overhead and marvel
at the 360 degree views. Our cute local village of Caersws is a

The resort itself affords stunning views across the coastal
countryside with spectacular sea views across St Brides Bay
and the coastal path just a stones-throw away. Peace and

What a find, set in a wild and stunning part of Wales, this is truly a gem
of a resort. The staff are 1st class and incredibly friendly and helpful.
The resort is very generous, both with the amazing Welcome Pack and
the lovely informative Welcome Meeting with lush homemade cakes!

operators, I must say Fishguard Bay Resort truly blows the others
away, and I would highly recommend a visit.

holiday and resort!
We stayed in Eden Lodge for 7 nights, it was incredible! Stunning view
and beautifully decorated lodge. We could have moved in! The staff
were so friendly and helpful and a real delight to talk to everyday. We
saw seals and porpoises from the lodge - one seal comes round at 7pm
every day! If you want a wonderful holiday in a luxurious lodge with the
best view we have ever had, then book Eden Lodge! The hot tub with
its changing lights and views are awesome. 10/10.

I have come away for the weekend with friends for my 30th Birthday
and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service we
have received. The lodge itself is beautiful, clean and modern and it
made it feel even more special with the Christmas tree up. We have
stayed in many places in the past but this is by far the best service we
have ever received. So personal. It’s run by a small family and they
really pay attention to detail! We would 100% recommend this place!
We’ve loved our stay and can’t wait to return in the future.
