The peak season starts from December to April (temperature varies from<br />
25C to 33C with the highest peak in April).<br />
Two seasons of Monsoon:
- The North East monsoon - from December to April with little rainfall,<br />
lower humidity, calm seas and constant sunshine<br />
- The South West monsoon - high humidity and heavy rainfall occurs from<br />
May – October Scuba diving & surfing seasons can be done all year<br />

The dry season is from December to April. It is perfect for underwater<br />
diving on the eastern side.<br />
The raining season is from May to October and gives good climate<br />
conditions for scuba diving on the western side.<br />
The off season in the <strong>Maldives</strong> starts from March to October, a perfect<br />
period for surfers!
