Artitalia Group is a custom design and manufacturing company<br />
that supplies the retail, hospitality and restaurant, material<br />
handling and OEM, and mail and parcel markets with complete<br />
custom display fixtures, store environments, hospitality and<br />
restaurant furniture, and specialty equipment such as material<br />
handling carts, e-parcel lockers, postal lobby boxes, and<br />

Artitalia Group has total of 950 000 sq. ft., and 500 employees,<br />
our domestic facility is equipped with advanced automated<br />
machinery. We are able to manufacture products in various types<br />
and forms of metal, wood, and plastic.<br />
Our overseas manufacturing is an extension of our domestic<br />
facility. Located in Xiamen, China, Artitalia Group created alliances<br />
with highly-qualified manufacturers in Asia based on the same<br />
rigorous standards used in our North American operations.<br />

IMPORT<br />
Our overseas manufacturing is an extension of our domestic<br />

Artitalia group employs a staff of project managers who are<br />

Artitalia Group’s metal capabilities range from processing and<br />
transforming various types of forms of metal such as but not<br />
limited to cold-and hot-rolled steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.<br />
Our metal manufacturing capabilities range from operating<br />
various types of machinery such as CNC laser tube cutting and<br />
laser sheet metal cutting machinery as well as CNC automated<br />
grid welding and polishing/grinding station and multiple robotic<br />

ELECTRO-PLATING<br />
Artitalia Group specializes in electroplating—we can plate various<br />
types and forms of metals from standard to custom finishes.<br />
POWDER COATING<br />
Artitalia Group operates the largest suspended powder coating<br />
line in North America. Our powder coating line offers great<br />
performance and supplies multiple industries with a variety of<br />
color and textured finishes for various types and forms of metal.<br />
Artitalia Group is certified as an “Approved Applicator” for high<br />
performance Architectural Powder Coatings.<br />
ELECTRO-COATING<br />
Artitalia Group also provides electro-coating that provides a<br />
uniform paint application even on the most intricate parts and<br />
pre-assembled pieces producing a superior finish. This sub-finish<br />
is highly-resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and chipping.<br />

AUTOMATED WOOD PROCESSING<br />
Artitalia Group’s wood department is fully-equipped and has the<br />
ability to process and transform various types and forms of wood<br />
such as MDF, press wood, melamine, laminate, veneers, solid<br />
woods, and composites.<br />
Our wood manufacturing capabilities range from operating<br />
various types of machinery such as multiple 3-axis and 5-axis<br />
CNC overhead routers, automated bundle panel saws, automated<br />

AUTOMATED WOOD FINISHING<br />
Artitalia Group has a fully-automated paint line with dual spraying<br />
arms that applies water-based finishes such as colored paint, top<br />
coats, stains, lacquer, and 100% solid UV coatings.<br />
Artitalia Group’s automated UV curing machine uses<br />
high-intensity ultraviolet light to instantly cure or dry coatings on<br />
parts and pieces which can then be assembled and ready to ship.<br />
