The leasing industry continues its significant growth whilst
companies introduce new and innovative ways to finance
equipment for companies worldwide. This year’s report see’s
the top 50 leasing markets growing new business volume by
9.4%, rising from US$1,005.30bn in 2015 to US$1,099.77bn
in 2016. Three regions, North America, Europe and Asia,
account for more than 95% of total world volume.
Leasing markets in 2016 gained a greater share of the equipment
finance industry and reported growth in most regions creating
