Program spaces have been spread out to ensure for<br />
the convenience of accessibility. These spaces are<br />
the communal living room, elderly & childcare centre,<br />
spice garden/ café and the 3G Playground. To promote<br />
multi-generational cohesiveness, allowing people from<br />
different age group interact amongst themselves.<br />
For instance, the café and spice garden spaces are<br />
inter-related to one another. Parents and the pioneer<br />
generation can tend to the harvesting and washing of<br />
the produces, while the younger generation can be educated<br />
and mingle with the older generation.
