FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE OUR
WEDDING DATE?
A: A signed contract and a retainer fee of $1000
(rest of payment due two weeks before wedding
day).
Q: HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING WILL I
RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
A: You will receive all of your photos on average
6 weeks after the wedding. I create a sideshow
for every client that will be posted online to share
with friends and family.
Q: CAN WE MEET BEFORE WE BOOK?
A: Absolutely! I live in the Austin, Texas area, so
if in person doesn’t work, I’m always available to
Skype or chat on the phone.
Q: HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING
THIS?
A: I have been asked this question quite a few
times. I was fortunate to start early, I shot my
first wedding in 2010 for a friend and have been
working hard to perfect my craft and business
ever since. My love for people and photography
propels me to shoot the best images possible for
my clients.
Q: HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
A: Weddings typically range from 500- 900 photos,
depending on the day.
Q: I’M NOT NATURAL IN FRONT OF THE CAM-
ERA, IS THAT A PROBLEM?
A: I can relate, about a year ago a friend needed
someone to stand in and I realized how awkward
it can feel. Fortunately I’ve worked with enough
people to know how to put them at ease in front
of the camera so that they almost forget they are
taking pictures. That’s where the natural smiles
and expressions come from in my photos.
Q: WHO WILL BE THE SECOND
PHOTOGRAPHER YOU HIRE ?
A: Every second shooter I hire is a full time
photographer who is selected by myself. I will
ensure that I hire the best second shooter for
your special day.
Q: WHAT IF YOU CAN’T MAKE
MY WEDDING?
A: I am a full time photographer and I take my
clients and their wedding extremely serious. I
have never missed a wedding and don’t ever
plan on missing a wedding. Should something
terrible happen I will take it upon myself to find
a suitable replacement.
Q: DO YOU HAVE BACKUP EQUIPMENT?
A: Yes! I have multiple camera bodies and extra
lenses, batteries, etc. If something stops working,
I have a backup! And, if all else fails I have
a camera phone! Only kidding...;)
Q: WHY HIRE YOU?
A: I am going to be 100% honest, there are
1,000,001 amazing photographers out there.
But I do believe that I am different. I would say
that my clients agree as well. I strive to capture
the natural moments that I see most others
miss. During a joke that was said, instead of
laughing I know that this is the opportune moment
to start clicking my camera. I know that
people value a photo that captures not only
the action but the reactions. As you might have
seen from my reviews, my clients feel very comfortable
in front of me it makes them feel natural
in front of the camera, thus enabling great
photos.
