We have the events and catering expertise to offer you tailored<br />

packages to meet your individual needs, so you get things how<br />

you like them. Our award-winning and in-house chef can offer<br />

a wide variety of menus, with bespoke options from formal<br />

banquet to a finger buffet.<br />

We’ve plenty of space and flexibility from a private hospitality suite to our<br />

largest dynamic conferencing space, which is able to seat up to 350 people.<br />

Interlinking suites can be split or combined to suit your requirements. If you<br />

need some private space, we have 14 hospitality boxes which are ideally<br />

suited as separate meetings or break out spaces<br />

Business Lounge<br />

Our large, air-conditioned, elevated lounge has excellent audio-visual<br />

facilities making it ideal for dinners and conferences and is our most popular<br />

lounge for event organisers looking to impress. Full-length windows provide<br />

sweeping views across Rodney Parade and there is a full bar service available<br />

dining our set of 14 modern executive boxes provide the perfect<br />

setting for your private gathering, with large windows ensuring<br />

plenty of natural light and views of the pitch.<br />

Wall mounted screens in each of these rooms enable delegates<br />

to host presentations without the need for a projector.<br />

Standard capacity for the executive boxes are 12, but book our<br />

boardroom box to give the additional space and flexibility for up 20.<br />

room at Rodney Parade.<br />

This space is also regularly used for schools<br />

and groups to visit the Stadium providing a<br />

private space without interruption and benefits<br />

With the top-class facilities expected at a venue with the<br />

busiest sporting calendar in Wales, Rodney Parade hosts a<br />

wide range of events throughout the year, making use of our<br />

extensive facilities and space in the heart of the city.<br />

As well as corporate functions all our suites are available<br />

for parties, christenings and funeral wakes, with tailored<br />

packages provided by our dedicated event manager.<br />
