“Fulcrum chose Sheffield Business Park as the location for our national
headquarters as it embodies the professional business environment
within which we and our customers operate. The location is well served
by convenient road, motorway and rail links to the rest of the region
and the rest of the country – benefiting both our operating capability
and the commuting needs of our staff.”
Bluebell Wood at Sheffield Business Park
“Interserve transferred two of our operations from the city centre to the
park’s Europa view complex in 2009, consolidating our business and
providing scope for further growth. That growth has now taken place,
and our sales team also moved from the city centre later in 2011, when we
took further space to create a 20,000 sq ft head office. Sheffield Business
Park has proven to be the perfect location, easily accessible for our
people and with first-class accommodation and on-site facilities.”
Built to Suit
Built to Suit development allows occupiers
to tailor buildings to their specific requirements.
We would welcome the opportunity to meet
with occupiers to discuss their detailed
requirements with our professional team.
We can then present a bespoke scheme,
including an indicative site layout and financial
proposal and guide the project through the
planning process and onto site.
Sheffield Business Park has land available for
future development and in certain circumstances
buildings can be fast tracked to completion,
subject to detailed planning consent being
obtained.
Financial incentive packages maybe available
to attract the right project.
