Old Town Hall 28 Park Street E Yoga & Art Workshop 1:00 - 3:00 pm Cost: sliding scale, $10-20/participant; all profits will be donated to SOAAR! Join Kendra, of Freeflow Studio 413, and Jill Rossi Panto for a vinyasa yoga flow session, followed by an opportunity to paint, ink, draw, or journal for enhanced relaxation. Art/journaling supplies will be provided; bring a yoga mat and bottle of water. Pre-registration required by April 21, on Facebook at Zumba BUTI TRX with Kendra/Events. Belchertown United Church of Christ (BUCC) Parish House 18 Park Street, 2nd floor F Creative Journal Expressive Arts workshops Workshops begin at 1:00, 1:45, 2:30, and 3:15 Cost: free; donations welcome Stress Reduction mini-workshops offered by Chris Shirtcliff, Certified Creative Journal Expressive Arts Instructor and Visioning® Coach. The workshops will introduce various journaling methods for managing stress. Thirty minute mini-workshops offered every 45 minutes. No pre-registration required. Needle Felting Demonstration 1:00 - 4:00 pm, ongoing Cost: free Come watch the magical transformation of fluffy wisps of pure wool into charming sculptures of animals, birds, and other figures.
