• Systematically releasing overdue payments to vendors<br />
• Relieving the Club of unnecessary taxes<br />
• Recognizing the Staff Provident Fund<br />
• Implementing Health Insurance for Employees<br />
Developments<br />
Club Assets General Insurance<br />
Insuring the Club’s property and protecting its assets is an<br />
important part of safeguarding the longevity and success of the<br />
Club. Keeping that in view, The Finance Committee, in Feb <strong>2018</strong> has<br />
ensured to insure all assets and properties of Lahore Gymkhana.<br />
Additionally, all employees of the club are also now insured<br />
through renewal of Group Life Insurance<br />
Bank Booth<br />
A Bank Booth has been set up by Silk Bank for the convenience of<br />
members and employees.<br />
Online Bill Payment<br />
As our new website is up and running, we will soon launch an online<br />
bill payment feature to it for the convenience of all members.<br />
Front Desk<br />
The newly constructed Front Office facilitates a comfortable<br />
working environment for employees with better space utilization<br />
and allows:<br />
• Vendor Cheque delivery through one window (A notice board<br />
displays the Vendor Cheques)<br />
• Employees financial query handling<br />
ATM Machine<br />
In an effort to provide members with 24 hours banking services, a new ATM has been installed in the<br />
Club right next to the cashier’s office.<br />
