1. Yohimbine HCL powder
Yohimbine HCL powder is the name of an evergreen tree found in parts of
central and western Africa. The bark of yohimbe contains a chemical called
yohimbine HCL powder, which is used to make medicine. Yohimbine
hydrochloride (Aphrodyne, Yocon) is a form of yohimbine HCL powder that is a
prescription drug in the US.
Yohimbine HCL supplements often list yohimbe bark extract or yohimbine HCL
powder as the active ingredient. However, some of these products might not
provide accurate information about the amount of yohimbine HCL powder in
the supplement. Also, some yohimbe supplements list yohimbine
hydrochloride as an active ingredient. Yohimbine products containing
man-made yohimbine hydrochloride as an ingredient are not legal to sell as a
dietary supplement in the US.
Yohimbine HCL powder is taken by mouth arouse sexual excitement, for
erectile dysfunction (ED), sexual problems caused by medications for
depression called selective-serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), and general
sexual problems in both men and women. It is also used for athletic
performance, weight loss, exhaustion, chest pain, high blood pressure, low
blood pressure that occurs when standing up, diabetic nerve pain, and for
depression along with certain other medications.
2. Mechanisms--Yohimbine HCL powder
Yohimbine HCL powder blocks alpha-1 and alpha-2 adrenoceptors, increasing
adrenaline and dopamine and decreasing serotonin levels. Blocking these
receptors also increases blood pressure, releases insulin, and decreases
blood sugar levels.
Yohimbine HCL powder blocks serotonin-1B, -1D,-2A, and -2B (5-HT1B,
5-HT1D, 5-HT2A, and 5-HT2B) receptors, and dopamine-2 and dopamine-3
(D2 and D3) receptors.
3. How does yohimbine HCL powder WORK?
Yohimbine HCL powder is mainly used as an aid in reducing body fat. Many of
us struggle with this drawback, it is not a simple problem to solve, so additional
support is always useful. Currently, there are many substances on the market
that work better or worse supporting weight reduction. Often, however, they act
selectively or adversely affect other health issues. Does yohimbine HCL
powder belong to such compounds? It turns out that it does not, and besides
the effective and effective support of fat burning, it also supports the
multi-directional general system of the body.
yohimbine HCL powder is a very universal means of supporting general vitality.
Not only does it work phenomenally in the process of reducing body fat, but it
also improves sexuality (especially in men). It improves blood pressure in the
most important area of life (brain), which requires special prevention. For this
has minimal side effects.
However, it should be remembered that yohimbine HCL powder is the most
effective in the form of hydrochloride, and that attention should be paid to the
quality of the manufacturer to avoid distortions in the content of the active
substance in the product, which may negatively affect the impression of
supplementation.
4. How do you take Yohimbine HCL powder ?
(Recommend yohimbine HCL dosage)
Dosages of 0.2mg/kg bodyweight have been successfully used to increase fat
burning without significant implications on cardiovascular parameters like heart
rate and blood pressure. This results in a dosage of:
• 14 mg for a 150lb person
• 18 mg for a 200lb person
• 22 mg for a 250lb person
Supplementation is most effective between meals or during short term fasting.
Caution should be exercised at higher body weight, since the cardiovascular
system may not be prepared to handle a stimulatory agent such
as yohimbine HCL powder. When supplementing yohimbine HCL powder for
4

Email: aas11@aasraw.com Whatsapp:+8618928439036
the first time, always start with a half-dose and assess tolerance before
proceeding.
Caution should also be exercised since many supplements containing
yohimbine HCL powder either do not list how much yohimbine HCL powder is
included, or if they do, the actual dose ranges from 25-150% of the dose listed.
Since the dosage may be higher than listed, this is extra reason to start with a
lower dose.
When pairing yohimbine HCL powder with other stimulatory agents, half-dose
both supplements and work up to the recommended dose cautiously, as two
supplements can interact negatively.
5. How Long Does Yohimbine HCL powder Last?
Yohimbine HCl powder has a very short half-life of only around 1 – 1.5 hours.
This means that after around 3 hours its effects should have worn off entirely.
The length of the effects depends on your metabolism and what you have in
your stomach. It is recommended to take Yohimbine HCL powder on an empty
stomach to allow for better absorption and so that the effects last longer.
6. What is Yohimbine HCL powder? Benefits and Effects
(1) Potential to help maintain a healthy weight
One of the top advantages of Yohimbine HCL powder is it’s potential to help
maintain a healthy weight. In one study, twenty soccer players were given
Yohimbine powder and another twenty were given a placebo. The Yohimbine
5

Email: aas11@aasraw.com Whatsapp:+8618928439036
powder group had a significantly lower fat mass at the end of the three-week
trial. It didn’t affect muscle mass or athletic performance and none of the
participants noted any side effects.
In another study, twenty obese women underwent a three-week clinical trial to
test the effects of Yohimbine on weight. They all ate a low-energy diet (1000
kcal/day) for the period of the trial. Half the women were given a placebo and
the other half were given Yohimbine HCL powder four times per day. The
Yohimbine powder group had a significantly better weight reduction at the end
of the trial. Yohimbine powder also seemed to promote a healthy sympathetic
system. Again, none of the women reported any side effects during the trial.
(2) May help promote men’s libido and sexual performance
natural aphrodisiac Liftmode's Yohimbine HCL powder: 98%+ purity
A review from 2001 looked into all the research on Yohimbine up to that time.
The researchers found that there had still been relatively few well-designed
studies to test Yohimbine’s effects. However, of the studies that they looked at
the outcomes showed that Yohimbine powder had a moderate effect on men’s
libido. Specifically, it helped promote healthy sexual vitality in men. In all the
studies, Yohimbine HCL powder was relatively free from side effects at normal
dosages.
6

Email: aas11@aasraw.com Whatsapp:+8618928439036
Another study examined using Yohimbine HCL with L-Arginine, a common
amino acid, to help promote men’s sexual vitality. Forty married men between
25 and 50 with varying degrees of low sexual vitality were given either placebo
or Yohimbine HCl over a 4 week period. The researchers found a significant
difference between the groups after 4 weeks, in terms of sexual health.
(3) Potential to improve cognitive performance
There is still a need for more studies into the effects of yohimbine on cognitive
performance. However, a number of studies have indicated that it may have
the potential to help improve cognition. For example, a clinical review entitled
“Cognitive enhancers for the treatment of anxiety disorders” listed
Yohimbine HCL powder as a potential botanical agent to promote cognition
and reduce stress.
Furthermore, a study looked into the effects of startling and fear on human
emotions and fear-related memory. The researchers found that Yohimbine
HCL powder stimulated people’s bodies to produce epinephrine and
norepinephrine. They also found that Yohimbine HCL powder improved the
recovery time from symptoms of fear.
(4) Conclusions
1 Yohimbine HCL powder probably doesn’t help with stubborn fat loss
specifically to any meaningful extent. It does not seem to aid with muscle
maintenance or have any special fat burning properties that allow you to get rid
off your stubborn fat without being in a prolonged negative energy deficit.
2 Yohimbine HCL powder may cause significant weight loss, but this is often
just temporary water loss due to yohimbine’s diuretic effect.
3 Yohimbine HCL powder may help a little with fat loss but most likely simply
via a few percent increase in acute energy expenditure and this only occurs in
the fasted state.
7. Yohimbine HCL powder is an effective weight loss
powder?
Kucio and coworkers conducted research looking for answers to this very
question. In their research report, titled, "Does yohimbine HCL powder act as a
slimming drug?" they found an interesting answer. In this study, twenty female
subjects were first subject to a 3 week 1,000 Calorie per day diet. After this 3
week period, 10 subjects were given yohimbine HCL powder and the other 10
were given a placebo for three additional weeks, in addition to the 1000 Calorie
per day diet.
They found that the yohimbine HCL powder treatment significantly increased
weight loss; 3.55 kilograms body weight lost in the yohimbine HCL
powder group versus 2.21 kilograms body weight lost in the placebo group.
However, there was not a significant effect on lipolysis observed, nor did
treatment with yohimbine HCL powder delay the gastric emptying rate. Keep in
mind that while over two pounds more weight was lost by the yohimbine HCL
powder taking group, there were no measurements of where the weight was
lost, body fat or muscle, and that these results were observed in sedentary
females, eating 1000 Calories per day.
Also, there are other nutritional aids that can result in greater weight loss, with
fewer or no side effects. The researchers concluded that further research is
warranted to determine the applicability of using alpha 2-receptor inhibitory
supplements as supplementary management in the treatment of obesity.
Waluga and coworkers went on to examine what the combined effects of
caffeine and yohimbine HCL powder were on cardiovascular function and rate
of weight loss. To do this they divided twenty-seven healthy women, into three
groups of 9. The first group received only a very low calorie diet (400 Calories
per day) and a placebo. The second group received the same diet, and
caffeine supplement treatment. The third group received the same diet, and
caffeine treatment used in group 2, plus yohimbine HCL powder.
8

Email: aas11@aasraw.com
Whatsapp:+8618928439036
The treatment lasted for 10 days. At the end of the study the researchers
observed a significant reduction in body mass in all groups, with no statistical
difference between the groups; Group 1 lost 3.3 kilograms of body weight,
group 2 lost 3.5 kilograms of body weight, and group 3 lost 3.4 kilograms of
body weight. Although no significant results were seen between the groups,
the researchers pointed out that this study was only 10 days long, and that the
subjects were on a very low calorie diet, which may have distorted any weight
loss effects of the supplements, or was too short to distinguish the real effects
reported by other researchers.
However, the main aim of the study was to determine adverse effects of the
supplement treatment on the cardiovascular system, and in fact, the
researchers did determine that the inclusion of yohimbine HCL powder along
with the caffeine, did evoke some potentially dangerous changes in the
cardiovascular system. They concluded that the addition of
yohimbine HCL powder should be treated with caution, and must be excluded
in particular obese individuals with cardiovascular complications.
8. Is Yohimbine HCL powder Safe?
Natural aphrodisiac Liftmode's Yohimbine HCL: 98%+ purity. Yohimbine HCL
powder is remarkably safe when consumed by itself and at the recommended
dosage. However, Yohimbine is very powerful and may interact with a number
of medications and other herbal supplements. Do not use Yohimbine with
other medication unless prescribed by your doctor.
Yohimbine HCL powder may also have negative effects when used at
higher-than-normal dosages. Do not exceed the recommended dosage for
Yohimbine HCL. Some potential side effects include itching, high blood
pressure, restlessness, and headaches. Side effects are very rare at the
recommended dosage.
9. Yohimbine HCL Danger
High blood pressure and increased heart rate are two common side effects of
both yohimbe HCL powder and yohimbine HCL powder, according to the
NCCAM and the Mayo Clinic. Both yohimbe and yohimbine HCL powder can
become dangerous if taken in larger-than-recommended doses, so consult
with your doctor before you begin taking the herb or the drug, and follow his
instructions. According to Memorial Sloan-Kettering, those with depression,
schizophrenia, high-blood pressure, or diseases of the kidney, liver or heart
should avoid taking yohimbe, as should women who are pregnant. Because it
interacts with many common medication pathways, consult a doctor before
taking yohimbe or yohimbine HCL powder.
10. Yohimbine HCL side effects
Even at the recommended dosage (5.4 mg 3x/day), yohimbine HCL powder
has multiple side effects. Higher doses (200-5,000 mg) result in stronger side
10

Email: aas11@aasraw.com Whatsapp:+8618928439036
effects and can be toxic to the brain. Extremely high doses (above 5,000 mg)
can be lethal.
Common side effects of yohimbine HCL powder are:
—Nausea
—Dizziness
—Headache
—Stomach pain
—Allergic reactions
—Anxiety
—Nervousness
—Increased blood pressure (hypertension)
—Increased heart rate (tachycardia)
—Kidney failure
—Paralysis
Several studies have shown that yohimbine HCL powder promotes food- and
drug- seeking behavior in rats and monkeys. Because yohimbine HCL powder
reduces clotting, it should be avoided by hemophiliacs and those who have
recently undergone surgery. Blood thinners such as aspirin, warfarin, and
heparin should not be taken with yohimbine HCL powder. Yohimbine HCL
powder should not be taken with drugs that increase blood pressure and heart
rate such as tricyclic antidepressants.
11. Yohimbine vs. Yohimbe
Yohimbe bark, the bark of the evergreen Pausinystalia yohimbe tree, which is
native to west Africa, is the source of the active chemical yohimbine, which is
an alkaloid. Although yohimbine and yohimbe bark are, of course, related, they
are not in fact interchangeable, according to the National Institutes of Health,
nor are they synonymous with the drug derived from yohimbine, which is called
yohimbine hydrochloride and is marketed as a prescription drug.
(1) Yohimbe
According to the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine,
or the NCCAM, yohimbe bark has been used historically to increase sexual
desire, and more recently, it has been used to treat male erectile dysfunction. It
is generally used as a tea, although it can also be ingested in tablet or capsule
form.
(2) Yohimbine
Yohimbine is a chemical that can be found naturally in the bark of the yohimbe
tree, according to the NCCAM. It is an alkaloid, which is a naturally occurring
chemical compound. According to the Encylopaedia Britannica,
alkaloids—including well-known varieties such as morphine and
nicotine—have a variety of physiological effects. In clinical studies, according
to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, yohimbine has been shown to
treat sexual dysfunction.
(3) Yohimbine Hydrochloride
Sold under the generic name “yohimbine” and under brand names including
“Yocon,” yohimbine hydrochloride is a prescription medication that uses
yohimbine as its active ingredient, according to the Mayo Clinic. It is often
marketed to treat impotence. It increases peripheral blood flow and can also
be used to dilate the pupils, according to the Mayo Clinic. It begins to work two
to three weeks after you begin taking it. The Mayo Clinic says that a typical
12

Email: aas11@aasraw.com Whatsapp:+8618928439036
dosage for impotence is 5.4 to 6 mg three times per day, but you should follow
your doctor’s dosing instructions.
(4) How Yohimbe and Yohimbine Work?
Because yohimbine is derived from yohimbe, they have similar mechanisms of
action. According to Memorial Sloan-Kettering, yohimbine—and yohimbe,
because it contains yohimbine—acts as a monoamine oxidase—or
MAO—inhibitor and a calcium channel blocker, and it also stimulates the
central nervous system. Additionally, it increases blood flow into body tissue
and dilates genital blood vessels.
12. Precautions with Yohimbine HCL Supplements
The amount of yohimbine HCL powder in many products are unknown
because they are often labeled incorrectly. A study on 49 yohimbine HCL
supplements found that only 2 provided accurate labeling and information .The
amount of yohimbine HCL powder ranged from 0 to 12.1 mg, much higher than
the recommended dose of 5.4 mg. Of the products that listed inaccurate
quantities, actual doses ranged from 23% to 147% of the stated amount. Side
effects are more common in herbal extracts of Yohimbe compared to
prescription yohimbine products because prescription products undergo
standard safety measures and have clearer dosing guidelines.
13. Yohimbine HCL Reviews
One user stated that 3-4 mg of yohimbine HCL powder improved sexual
performance, but resulted in anxiety attacks. Another user reported excessive
sweating and increased heart rate of around 150 beats per minute
approximately 2 hours after taking yohimbine powder. Several users reported
having negative experiences such as anxiety attacks and increased heart
rate. One user lost 17 lbs after taking yohimbine HCL powder for two weeks,
but experienced fever, difficulty sleeping, and a decrease in physical stamina.
14. Yohimbine HCL Results
If you’re excited about yohimbine at this point, I understand. There aren’t many
natural supplements that are scientifically proven to help you lose fat
faster. That said, it’s not a miracle pill. Remember that supplements don’t build
great physiques. Dedication to proper training and nutrition does.
That said, here’s what you can expect from yohimbine supplementation:
-A slight increase in energy.
-A slight decrease in appetite.
-A slight increase in resting metabolic rate and fat loss, and of stubborn fat in
particular.
If that doesn’t sound all that sexy to you, I understand. I’m just calling it like it
is. That said, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t supplement with yohimbine. It just
means it’s smart to pair yohimbine with other supplements to really move the
needle. You see, by themselves, most natural supplements can be
14

Email: aas11@aasraw.com Whatsapp:+8618928439036
underwhelming. But take the right ones together, and you’re likely to notice
their cumulative effects.
For example, if you pair yohimbine with fasted exercise and other supplements
scientifically proven to aid in fat loss like caffeine and synephrine, the effects
can be quite pronounced. And that’s enough to matter if you also consistently
train hard and eat right.
15. Why Do People Supplement with Yohimbine HCL
powder?
Yohimbe bark has been a popular treatment for erectile dysfunction for quite
some time now with a spotty record of effectiveness. Well, it’s now a rising star
in the world of weight loss supplements, and its at burning effects appear to be
much more reliable. Specifically, research show that yohimbine can accelerate
fat loss but how it does so is a little complicated. It’s also often sold as a
supplement to help you lose “stubborn fat” faster, which sounds like humbug,
of course, but there’s actually scientific evidence to back this claim up.(More
on all this in a minute.) The bottom line? Most people supplement with
yohimbine to lose weight faster, and it works. How, exactly, and how
well? Keep reading to find out.
