Once you reach the fence which encloses Monk’s<br />
Farm, bear left and then follow the fence round a<br />
right hand bend until you reach a fingerpost. Take<br />
a 90 degree left turn towards Martin Mere and walk<br />
the 750 yards across the big open fields to Marsh<br />
Moss Lane. Cross the single track lane and go<br />
through the fence directly opposite.<br />
Follow the path to another fingerpost, in front of<br />
the metal fence enclosing the Martin Mere estate<br />
and turn left though the gate with a ‘Caution Deep<br />
Water’ sign on it. It’s very noticeable that the noise<br />
