Recognize an Employee

Every day someone in our company goes the extra mile for us, goes above and
beyond their normal job description and often it is either overlooked or not
recognized. Our program is open to every person in the company. Anyone in the
company can nominate another employee of TSD. The program has 3 tiers.
Above and Beyond Award
The 1st tier is the AAB Award. When a coworker goes out of their way to provide
us with exceptional service, you can nominate them for an AAB Award. This will
be a short form that you fill out explaining what the employee did and it will be
turned in to the Culture Committee. This program is a way to show that we value
our coworkers and appreciate the extra effort.
Wendle Award
The 2nd tier would be named after our beloved long time employee Wendle
Harrell. The Wendle award is given to an associate who receives an unsolicited
compliment from outside of TSD. When someone outside of TSD calls in to brag
on a driver or office staff, a short form would be filled out and submitted to the
Culture Committee, then read aloud at company meetings
Action Plan“A Chance to Identify Opportunities Now.”
The ACTION process is a way for TSD employees to identify an opportunity to
be taken advantage of. An employee will fill out a form with his or her idea. Once
filled out the form will be assigned to a department leader to research, identify a
resolution, put into place and follow up with the submitter. If the idea is found
not to work, the submitter would be notified.

Culture Update
Want to be a part of a Video Ad?
The marketing team is looking for drivers and
office employees who would like to participate
in a driver recruitment video.
Video shoots will be taking place at the TSD
campus starting on April 23rd and ending on
May 18th.

Employee of the Year
We would like to remind everyone about the
changes occurring at TSD. As of April 1st, 2018,
TSD no longer has an Employee of the Quarter
(EOQ) or Driver of the month (DOM).
In place of the EOQ and DOM, we will have
Office Employee of the Year (EOY) and Driver
of the Year (DOY). Go the following link

best deserves this award. The survey will be
open all year round.
March Madness
March at TSD is not fun without a little
competition.

The 2018 NCAA champions are the Villanova
Wildcats.
The marketing department
is looking for pictures to include in the
Newsletter. Be sure to take pictures
wherever you go.
