Icelanders are a privileged when it comes to the Northern<br />

Lights. They are visible for eight months a year, from<br />

early September to the end of April and in any of these<br />

months, you are likely to see some aurora activity—it just<br />

depends on your luck, the weather and solar activity.


In few places in the world do you have so many<br />

opportunities to catch this incredible phenomenon.<br />

Norway, Finland, northern Canada and Alaska boast<br />

similar experiences, but while many of these places have<br />

longer hours of darkness in winter, they all face more<br />

challenges when it comes to cloud cover
