Letter from the Editors Hey, there! We’re Joanie & Jenni and we want to be the first to welcome you to the Emerald Coast! Whether you’re here for a relaxing vacation, moving to the area, or have been here for years, we’re happy you’re here in our slice of paradise. In the first article, you’ll learn what <strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Style</strong> is all about, so for this first Letter from the Editors, we want to tell you who we are... First and foremost, we’re a mother-daughter team with a passion for storytelling and a love for adventure. Our mission is to inspire the world by telling our stories and the stories of other people, places and events. For us, storytelling isn’t about the medium, which is why we offer videography, photography and design ser- vices to our clients. That’s also why we’re the publishers and editors of two magazines; the one you’re reading right now and Positive Note <strong>Magazine</strong>, which is all about positive and uplifting stories. Joanie is the people-person, idea-person, and fun-loving, live every moment to the fullest per- son. She loves classic movies, meeting new peo- ple, and making other people laugh. Jenni is an introvert learning to be more outgoing. She’s passionate about telling beautiful stories and making clients happy. You can either find her on the computer or cuddling her favorite cat and bunny. Now we want to get to know you!
