AMPLIFIERS<br />
Jeff <strong>Genzler</strong> has done it again. The Magellan amplifiers, build on the legacy of the famous Genz Benz,<br />
but with serious updates and new design. And the line is simple, with only two heads so far, the 350<br />
and the 800. Both great looking and sounding amps, built to last a lifetime. For smaller gigs, the 350<br />
will do the job, and for larger gigs, the 800 takes you all the way. Both amps can work with a 2.67 ohms<br />
load, and will give you a trouble free run for your money.<br />
MAGELLAN 350 AMPHEAD<br />
(SKU: MG-350)<br />
PREAMP: All solid state analog design with integrated soft clip circuitry.<br />
INPUT: :1 Meg ohm input impedance. Mute button.<br />
CHANNEL OVERVIEW: Voiced to provide natural, pristine, transparent<br />
reproduction of the bass instrument. The circuitry consists of<br />
an FET feedback type variable gain circuit that provides wide range,<br />
continuously variable gain for use with a wide range of instrument<br />
pick-ups and preamps.<br />
CONTOUR: Continuously variable control of 2 vastly different response<br />
curves. In either CURVE position, when the SHAPE control is<br />
all the way off (CCW) the response curve is completely FLAT.<br />
Curve A (Blue): A variable pre-shaped curve that boosts lows and highs<br />
while simultaneously cutting mids. The slopes are fairly gentle which<br />
keep the tone shaping very musical. This curve covers a wide range of<br />
sounds from flat to classic to modern depending on the position of the<br />
SHAPE control.<br />
Curve B (Amber): A variable pre-shaped curve with attenuated high<br />
mids and highs, a low mid bump, and a slight roll-off of the lowest bass<br />
frequencies. Again, the slopes are fairly gentle which keep the tone<br />
shaping very musical. This curve is intended to provide sounds in the<br />
range of vintage amps and vintage cabinets that do not have tweeters.<br />
ACTIVE EQUALIZATION: The MAGELLAN® 350 contains an active<br />
3 band equalizer with a sweepable parametric mid-range frequency<br />

BASS ARRAY CABINETS<br />
With the Bass Array cabinets, Jeff <strong>Genzler</strong> really has made a difference,<br />
when it comes to compact bass cabinets. DO NOT compare<br />
these cabs to any standard 10” or 12” woodbox out there, cause the<br />
this is a very different ballgame.<br />
Size and weight compares to most traditional cabs, but a careful<br />
selection of speakers and crossover, combined with the stacked 3”<br />
mid-high drivers in a ported cabinet, gives you a full range bass<br />
sound, with unique horizontal dispersion. From the low B string to<br />
effortless mids and highs, these cabinets deliver bass sounds, that<br />
are heard and defined all over the stage.<br />

MAGELLAN CABINETS<br />
The Magellan Series, is a serious choice, when searching for a fat<br />
and grounded tone. Focused midrange and great projection cuts<br />
right through any mix. Built from Baltic Birch, and equipped with<br />
Custom made Faital woofers, plus crossover and 1” Bullet Tweeter.<br />
The distinctive front triangular ports provide an optimum porting<br />
design as well as structural strength in the corners of the cabinet.<br />
Beautifully finished in Heavy Duty textured Black Vinyl, with<br />
matching Silver/Black grille, and silver metallic piping. The result<br />
is a cool range of cabinets for the Pro player. All cabinets equipped<br />
with One Neutrik Speakon and two 1/4” inputs, large rubber feet<br />
