1 What made you decide to open<br />
Saffron Café at this location?<br />
Art and food are my two passions,<br />
and the location – perfect – being<br />
in the most popular Mall on the<br />
island and very near the hotel belt<br />
and famous Grand Anse Beach was<br />
a no-brainer. I felt there was a need<br />
for this type of venture in the area,<br />
where the combo of good art and<br />
tasty, healthy food could be found<br />
in the same place. Having a knack<br />
for interior design set the stage for<br />
a restaurant & café that satisfies all<br />
