Course is a 4 day leadership course with a variety of speakers. Aimed at both nurse and practice<br />
managers to gain confidence and improve your leadership skills. As part of the course you will complete<br />
a workbook and establish your own project to take forward into your practice.<br />
The cost of the course includes overnight accommodation on day 1 and 3, breakfast, lunch an evening<br />
meal, and refreshments during the day.<br />
Content includes;<br />
Supervision and Leadership, Motivation and Stress, Great Communication, The Importance of Attitude<br />
and Behaviour, Time Management, Debt Management, Veterinary Marketing, Developing your Team,<br />
Health and Safety, Team Wellbeing, Create and Retain your team and Financial Awareness.<br />
