While you are aware of the fact that this Festival and Auction are put on by a large number of 

volunteers each year, we continue to be amazed by the support and perseverance that is displayed by 

all the individuals involved with this Festival. We have learned the true meaning of dedication, 

community and giving in working with not only our parishioners, but also with those in the business 

community who are always so willing to help out. 

So many have volunteered by lending a hand, making calls, or donating items for the event. While 

there are too many volunteers to name everyone individually, we certainly want to thank a few

Auction Checkout Instructions 

� Thank you for supporting our 2012 St Andrew’s Festival Auction! 

� If you are the high bidder for any silent or live auction items and 

you are not here to pick up the items when the respective 

auctions end, we will have a designated pick-up time. We will call 

you to let you know that you were the high bidder and you can on 

come to pick-up your items on Sunday, July 15th between 8:30 

AM – 11:00 AM. 

� If this time does not work, you can call Renee Clair at 

414-339-5647 to make alternative arrangements. 

� If we do not hear back from you to make arrangements for pickup 

by July 30, the item will go to the next highest bidder.
