RM 500 stands for rotation – mixer, model 500
The work place is ergonomically arranged and is
fed via swivel mechanism operated by a hydraulic
cylinder. The modern electronic system as well as
safety switch, time switch *) and emergency
shutdown capability fulfils international safety
standards.
The fixing of samples is being effected through a
user-friendly, infinitely variable fixing device with
two-handed control and safety height stop.
Containers from 5 kg to 0,1 kg can be safely fixed
within shortest time.

The new TABLE INK MIXER RM 501- SPS is the result of many
years of development work of Olbrich know how.
The INK MIXER fulfils all requirements of modern mixing technique
in closed containers for Newton liquids and thixotropic media like
e.g. printing inks.
The model INK MIXER RM 501 – SPS is a fully automatic table
ink mixing device for laboratory and factory use.
Future-oriented technique, high safety standards, ergonomic way
of working and shortest mixing times at low maintenance costs
are the characteristics of this INK MIXER.
The samples are fed through a swivel mechanism with safety
switch. The proper fixing of the containers to be mixed of different
size is being handled by a motor with electronic fixing protection.
The working method of the mixing procedure is based on the
principal of a horizontally placed eccentric which moves a mixing
a speed of 1.350 UPM. The mixing time can be chosen
electronically between 0.1 to 9999 min.
The practical mixing times are – also with difficult media –
approx. 1.5 to 10 minutes (max. 15 minutes)
