Students can improve theier knowledge by using school
facilities and study materials. Lecturers are also available
on appointment, outside the official consultation days.
Trainees are able to come to the Flying Academy and
use its facilities and studying materials for studying at any
time. We have over 700 hours of video material, practice
exams, internet connection, etc.

Accommodation
We can help to find the right place for you!
Flying Academy has housing available to fit everyone’s
taste and budget. Short-term and long-term
accommodations are available.
For a long term accommodation we offer furnished
apartments with kitchen. The size of the apartment is
determined by the number of trainees interested. On
average good accommodation costs about 8.000 CZK
per month. A hotel type accommodation is also available
and it might be more practical for short term stays.
Our staff can assist you with finding your own place or
sharing an apartment with other students to help keep
costs to a minimum.
Visa procedure for foreign students at
Flying Academy
If you come from other member state of the European
union you do not need a visa.
Coming from other states you will need to speak to your
embassy for the correct visa for which we can provide you
an Invitation letter.
We will guide you through this operation and we will help
you step by step.
The procedure for application for VISA is as follows:
We require you to transfer a minimum of 4500 EURO
which will be counted into the price of course into our
bank account which is as follows:

This is a proof that you have sufficient funds for your
training as well as to cover costs for UPS postage in which
we send you admission letters. If your VISA application
is denied we will trasfer your money back (without 150
EURO admission fee and the cost for postage).
Once we receive this transfer we will prepare admission
letters which we will send over to you by UPS and you will
take them to your embassy. You will get two admission
letters in Czech and two in English language.
For preparing admission letter we need copy of your
passport, especially following information:
• Name
• Date of birth
• Passport number
• Place of issue
• Date of expiry
Once you receive these letters from us, you will take them
to your relative embassy in your country and they will start
with the process of your VISA. Please note the issue of
VISA can take up to 2 months.
Embassy usually contacts us and in some cases they
request us to contact foreign police in Czech Republic.
Health insurance may also be needed but that is usually
done towards the end of the procedure of the visa.
We will help you with administration at CAA which can be
done only in Czech language. We can help you to find
accommodation close to flight school.
Transportation
We provide a full customer service, and also transportation
in the Czech Republic.
Car hire is also available for our trainees.
