To supply a complete MAN Primeserv UAE service team (engineer<br />
including technicians) to carry out cylinder unit overhaul within UAE<br />
waters with below scope.<br />
• Removal cylinder cover from existing cylinder unit<br />
• Inspection of combustion space, injector spray path, etc.<br />
• Renewal of cylinder water guide jacket O-ring<br />
• Removal of wear-ridge on cylinder liner, clean combustion area and pull piston<br />
• Cylinder liner surface to be cleaned, inspected and calibrated<br />
• Piston crown to be cleaned, inspected and calibrated on ring grooves<br />
• Piston Skirt to be inspected for scuffing marks<br />
• Re-assembly of overhauled piston and cylinder cover<br />
