Stones ® dealer. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid 

for future owners and transferable with original proof of

Banas Imperial Black ® is an unusual dark brown to black sandstone with a strongly riven texture. This 

adds to its special character, which is similar to reclaimed flagstone. The darker shades of Imperial 

Black show the naturally occurring diversity, with each piece having its own individual color, textures 

and markings.

Banas Slate Grey ® is an unusual dark grey to charcoal high quality sandstone. It matches well with

Banas Fossil ® 

Carefully hand picked quality Banas Fossil ® flagstone ranges in color from light cream to dark brown with 

copper and brown tones in places. Some pieces of this stone are marked with beautiful, unusual fernlike 

fossil shapes which are actually occurring mineral deposits in the stone. The marks add character 

to the stone to enhance any floor or patio.

Kota Black is a dolomitic limestone that has been proven to be durable in any climate. It has typical 

limestone texture that is generally smooth with occasional raven patches. Unique for a limestone, it 

has a relatively consistent dark grey to black color. The edges of Kota Black pavers are sawn and this 

clean cut appearance and special coloration makes it an ideal material for both contemporary garden 

design and stylish interiors. It can be laid with other stones to provide contrasts of color and texture.

Kota Blue 

Kota Blue is a limestone. Its gently rippled texture with varying muted shades of blue and grey will blend

Sandstone 

Sandstone is a sedimentary rock composed mainly of sand-size rock grains. Most sandstone is 

comprised of quartz and/or feldspar because these are the most commonly found minerals in the 

earth’s crust. Some sandstones are resistant to weathering, yet are easy to work with. This makes 

sandstone a common building and paving material.

Limestone 

Granite 

Limestone is a chemical sedimentary 

rock composed largely of the mineral 

calcite (Calcium Carbonate: cac03). 

Limestone often contains variable 

amounts of silica in the form of chert or 

fint, as well as amounts of clay, slit and 

sand as disseminations, nodules, or 

layers within the rock unit. The primary 

source of this calcite is speleothem such 

as stalagmites and stalactites. Limestone 

makes up about 10 percent of the total 

volume of all sedimentary rocks.

Kota Blue 

Granite is usually a light-colored, coarsegrained 

igneous rock consisting mostly 

of quartz, orthoclase feldspar, sodiumrich 

plagioclase feldspar, and micas. 

Granite is an intrusive rock which can be 

identified as magma that has cooled into 

crystallized rock. Quartz usually makes 

up 10 to 50 percent of the light-colored 

minerals in granite, with the remaining 

minerals consisting of feldspars. This 

mineral composition forms the different 

grey, white, black or pink with dark 

mineral areas.
