Details
Warm and welcoming, Villa Phos is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with
friends. Set in northwestern Mykonos near Agio Sostis, the villa has unforgettable sunset
views from its pool terrace and outdoor living areas. Five bedrooms, including one in an
apartment and one in a pool studio, offer quiet retreats, so guests can gather together
during the day and enjoy privacy at night.
The indoor and outdoor living spaces at Villa Phos face west, overlooking the ocean.
Take in the sea views and ocean breezes from a chaise longue on the terrace by the
private pool, one of the shaded outdoor dining areas or one of the covered outdoor
sitting areas with traditional built-in sectionals. An al-fresco shower is a handy spot to
rinse off after a swim, and a wood-fired barbecue lets you try out local seafood. Inside,
the villa has satellite TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, a floor cooling system and ceiling fans.
The villa’s interiors are refined yet welcoming, with tile floors, beamed ceilings, a
fireplace and large windows lending a casual, rustic feel. The living room can seat
everyone in a combination of a built-in sectional, fun poufs and an elegant lounger,
and the dining room seats eight on upholstered benches. In the fully equipped kitchen,
white cabinets, wood countertops and a checkerboard tile backsplash have country
charm.
The main house at Villa Phos has three bedrooms with double beds: a master suite on
the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom, terrace access and sea view, and two
bedrooms on the lower level with separate bathrooms and patio access. The villa’s
guest apartment has its own living room and dining area, as well as two combined twin
beds, two single beds, an en-suite bathroom and patio access. The pool studio has its
own living room, kitchenette, outdoor sitting and dining areas, and a bedroom with a
double bed, en-suite bathroom, balcony access and sea view.
From Villa Phos, it’s a 3-mile drive to the town of Mykonos, 3.5 miles to the island’s
national airport, 4.5 miles to Mykonos Tennis Club and 6 miles to Ano Mera. If you’re
looking for sun and sand, head to Agios Stefanos Beach, just under 1 mile away, Grand
Beach, 3 miles away, Agios Ioannis Beach, 4 miles away, Agio Sostis Beach, 5 miles
away, or Mykonos Paradise and Panormos beaches, both about 5.5 miles away. If
