originally designed by Sir Norman Foster, constructed in 1990.<br />

Totalling 293,000 ft², the building offers high standard letting<br />

up to Cat A fit-out.<br />

The mixed-use development will deliver seven floors of Grade<br />

A office accommodation, five levels of residential apartments<br />

arranged around a landscaped courtyard space, and two<br />

levels of large duplex penthouses, along with internal fit-out<br />

works to parts of the ground, mezzanine and first floor levels.

The refurbishment of two existing commercial office buildings<br />

(adjoined by a shared basement) in Farringdon, completed to<br />

a CAT A fit out specification.<br />

The building, dubbed ‘Gotham City’ is located in the heart of the City’s<br />

eastern cluster of tall buildings. Varying in height between seven and 34<br />

office storeys, it encompass two additional basement levels, roof level<br />

plant (total height 170m AOD), a flexible retail/café and restaurant with<br />

roof terrace overlooking Fenchurch Street. The total size of the building<br />

is 910,000 ft² net internal area, split between 890,000 ft² office and<br />

20,000 ft² retail.

The refurbishment and extension of a 110,000 ft² landmark<br />

office building in Birmingham Central Business District<br />

providing high quality Grade A office accommodation in the<br />

heart of the city.<br />

The 70,000 ft² five-storey new build was constructed using a steel<br />

frame. The building was designed to meet the defined business<br />

needs of West Bromwich Building Society and contains a variety<br />

of distinct operational functions. The building complies with<br />

institutional standards and has adopted an up-flow ventilation<br />

strategy with exposed concrete soffits to minimise the whole life<br />

occupancy cost and to assist in achieving the required EPC A rating<br />

and target BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
