CONTRACTUAL ENGAGEMENT<br />

1. BLOCK PROGRAMME ORGANISOR<br />

Qualification – Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks and should have PGDCA / BCA / MCA<br />

qualification<br />

Remuneration – A consolidated remuneration of Rs.12, 000/- per month.<br />

Age - Age below 35 years as on 01/02/2012.<br />

Residence –Candidates must be the resident of <strong>Nayagarh</strong> district but candidates from other districts can<br />

apply but preference will be given to the resident of <strong>Nayagarh</strong> district candidates<br />

Selection Process – Based on Academic merit, Computer test, Interview Post Graduate qualification in<br />

(Management/Statistics/Health Education). Preference will be given to candidates possessing Post<br />

Graduate qualification in (Management/Statistics/Health Education) and those having experience in this<br />

field.<br />

Job Duration - 11 months contract period and may be renewed after successful completion of the<br />

contract period.<br />

Remuneration – A consolidated remuneration of Rs.7600/- per month.<br />

Age - Age below 35 years as on 01/02/2012.<br />

Residence – Candidates from other district can apply but preference will be given to <strong>Nayagarh</strong> district<br />

candidates<br />

Selection Process – Based on Academic merit, Computer test, Interview and Preference will be given to<br />

candidates possessing Post Graduate qualification in (Management/Statistics/Health Education) and<br />

those having experience in this field.<br />

Job Duration – Initially 11 months contract period and likely to be renewed after successful completion<br />

of the contract period.<br />
