Sealed tenders in printed <strong>Zilla</strong> <strong>Parishad</strong> forms are invited from <strong>the</strong> Bonafide Contractors having<br />

eligibility as follows by undersigned in prescribed tender form in respect <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> following works.<br />

1) Name <strong>of</strong> Work : Evacuation & Disposal <strong>of</strong> settled Ash by mechanical means<br />

from 1) Ash Pond No. 1A and its adjacent decantation pond<br />

<strong>of</strong> K.T.P.S. by deploying excavating machineries and o<strong>the</strong>r<br />

accessories including loading into dumpers at work site and<br />

unloading at destination including carriage <strong>the</strong> same for any<br />

distance for any lead and lift preferably beyond 20KM at both<br />

loading & unloading points dressing desired level at disposal<br />

areas including disposal at Brick fields as per direction <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

department. During excavation <strong>the</strong> bed <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> ash pond at<br />

different stages should prepared suitably for easy and<br />

smooth movement <strong>of</strong> excavator dumpers etc. These<br />

excavation should be done to correct pr<strong>of</strong>ile slope and<br />

providing proper beams at respective level etc including<br />

mending damage and rectifications existing embankment <strong>of</strong><br />

ash pond as per direction <strong>of</strong> Engineer-in-Charge if required<br />

without damaging <strong>the</strong> safety and stability <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> existing<br />

embankment <strong>of</strong> ash pond <strong>the</strong> rate including any dewatering<br />

arises due to seepage and rains water etc maintaining<br />

environment free from pollution during and after any time <strong>of</strong><br />

transportation from ash pond to all disposing places through<br />

any kind <strong>of</strong> roads thoroughly cleaned and take <strong>the</strong> necessary<br />

measures to avoid any hazards and public inconvenience and<br />

necessary arrangement <strong>of</strong> electricity and water at work site if<br />

required. The truck, dumpers should be <strong>of</strong> metal body and<br />

should be covered with good quality tarpaulin to prevent<br />

spreading <strong>of</strong> fly ash in <strong>the</strong> environment.<br />

2) Estimate Value : Rs.59,40,000.00(Rupees fifty nine lakh forty thousand)<br />

3) Volume <strong>of</strong> work (Quantity may vary<br />

as per KTPS requirement)<br />
