Sealed tenders in printed Zilla Parishad forms are invited from the Bonafide Contractors having
eligibility as follows by undersigned in prescribed tender form in respect of the following works.
1) Name of Work : Evacuation & Disposal of settled Ash by mechanical means
from 1) Ash Pond No. 1A and its adjacent decantation pond
of K.T.P.S. by deploying excavating machineries and other
accessories including loading into dumpers at work site and
unloading at destination including carriage the same for any
distance for any lead and lift preferably beyond 20KM at both
loading & unloading points dressing desired level at disposal
areas including disposal at Brick fields as per direction of the
department. During excavation the bed of the ash pond at
different stages should prepared suitably for easy and
smooth movement of excavator dumpers etc. These
excavation should be done to correct profile slope and
providing proper beams at respective level etc including
mending damage and rectifications existing embankment of
ash pond as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge if required
without damaging the safety and stability of the existing
embankment of ash pond the rate including any dewatering
arises due to seepage and rains water etc maintaining
environment free from pollution during and after any time of
transportation from ash pond to all disposing places through
any kind of roads thoroughly cleaned and take the necessary
measures to avoid any hazards and public inconvenience and
necessary arrangement of electricity and water at work site if
required. The truck, dumpers should be of metal body and
should be covered with good quality tarpaulin to prevent
spreading of fly ash in the environment.
