NTS 102 The Book of Acts The mysterious presence of Jesus
haunts the whole story of Acts. Jesus is announced as King and
Lord, not as an increasingly distant memory but as a living and
powerful reality, a person who can be known and loved, obeyed and
followed, a person who continues to act within the real world. These
studies from Tom Wright help us see how Jesus' acts through the
apostles inform our acts today.
ECM318 The Great Commission & Cyberspace. Course Overview
Initiation of the Great Commission, Understanding the Scope
of the Great Commission, To Whom Was the Commission Directed?
Is the Great Commission a Commandment or a Suggestion,
Consummation of the Great Commission, Traveling the Information
Highway Wisely
Text: Holy Bible, Actualize the Great Commission by Videoconferencing
Technology $15.00
Digital technology enables and empowers Christians (those
who pursue Christ-likeness in heart, soul and body) to fulfill the
Great Commission. And that with such proficiency never imagined
over 2000 years ago. But God knew! That is what the
Scriptures mean when they say, "No eye has seen, no ear has
heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for
those who love him." (1Cor. 2:9 NLT)
While there are many platforms available for our use, MITT
uses videoconferencing technology (SKYPE) to preach the
gospel, teach and make disciples, baptizing them into the Kingdom
of God. We currently have students committed to synchronous
e-Learning classes (online students simultaneously
participating with students in the classroom).
CSN101 The Well Adjusted Personality ~ God can Turn things
around for anyone—including you! There comes a time in life
when it feels like the world is against us. Whether it's a financial
setback, a breakup, or career that's gone off course, our first instinct
is to give up and give in. It can be hard to find solid ground in the
most challenging of times—but take heart! God is the master of
comebacks and orchestrated the greatest turnaround of all—through
Jesus, the Savior who was crucified and came back from the grave.
Text: Your Comeback by Tony Evans $17.00
BBL 208 The Christ-Centered Life. The Tree of Knowledge of
Good and Evil and the Tree of Life represent the fundamental conflict
between the kingdoms of this world and the kingdom of God.
This is for those who have struggled to understand the difference
between flesh and spirit, those who have been confused by divisions
within the body of Christ, and those seeking a clear and biblical understanding
of spiritual authority. Make the commitment to overcome
sin and glorify the Lord with your life.
