New for 2018 is Infosecurity Europe's Geek<br />
Street theatre, which will be located on the<br />
ground floor of the National Hall. An<br />
immersive zone, it will see technical experts<br />
share their expertise in a series on in-depth,<br />
independent technical research sessions, with<br />
more interactive presentations, immersive<br />
content and demonstrations on the show<br />
floor than ever before. There will also be an<br />
interactive learning challenge and visitors can<br />
have some fun applying their skills in the<br />
show's daily 'fastest lockpicker' competition!<br />
Sessions will include:<br />
'Security is an Illusion: How I Rob Banks',<br />
presented by well-known ethical hacker and<br />
social engineer Freaky Clown: a light-hearted<br />
trip through security failures both physical<br />
and electronic that have enabled him over<br />
the years to circumvent security of most of<br />
the world's largest banks<br />
'What is Quantum Cybersecurity? And Why<br />
it Matters', presented by Dr Logan Mailloux,<br />
assistant professor, Systems Engineering,<br />
United States Air Force: detailed insights on<br />
INFOSECURITY EUROPE IN NUMBERS:<br />
recent quantum experiments - from quantum<br />
computing to space-based quantum<br />
communications - a presentation that focuses<br />
on assessing the utility of quantum-based<br />
security technologies to meet modern<br />
security and privacy needs<br />
'Hunting PBX for Vulnerabilities', presented<br />
by Symantec's Himanshu Mehta, senior threat<br />
analysis engineer and Sachin Wagh, security<br />
analyst: walking through the multiple<br />
vulnerabilities present in PBX that may<br />
possess threat to any individual or<br />
organisation<br />
WHERE THE REAL RISKS LIE<br />
Also new for 2018 is Infosecurity Europe's<br />
Cybersecurity for Critical National<br />
Infrastructure (CNI) Symposium, which takes<br />
place Wednesday, 6 June, in Olympia's<br />
Conference Centre. The keynote presentation<br />
will look at where the real risks lie for CNI -<br />
from the insider threat to supply chain risk;<br />
which cyber adversaries are targeting CNI;<br />
and what measures should CNI cyber<br />
defenders take to combat these threats.<br />
A second presentation will look at 'Industrial<br />
IoT: Rethinking Cyber Defence Strategies for<br />
Connected OT (Operational Technology) & IT<br />
Networks', and there will be two separate<br />

FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND<br />
For the first time, this year Infosecurity Europe will also be using Olympia's National<br />
Hall. There will be two entrances: one via the Grand Hall opposite Olympia Station,<br />
and the second using the National Hall entrance on Hammersmith Road. In<br />
addition, Infosecurity Europe's Keynote Stage and Security Workshops have both<br />
moved to Olympia's Conference Centre, which is accessed via the Hammersmith<br />
Road entrance.<br />

The full Conference Programme is scheduled<br />
to run across nine theatres at the show.<br />
Security Workshops are this year located in<br />
the Conference Centre: two-hour in-depth<br />
sessions covering a range of business-critical<br />
topics in a practical and interactive format. In<br />
the Grand Hall, there will again be vendor-led<br />
Tech Talks and Strategy Talks, technical bitesize<br />
presentations addressing the latest<br />
challenges in information security and cyber<br />
security, as well as the Information Security<br />
Exchange (ISE) - a series of 60-minute<br />
presentations, bringing together end-users<br />
and vendors to engage in open discussion<br />
and exchange expertise in a series of in-depth<br />
presentations, panel discussions and case<br />
studies.<br />
GRAND DESIGNS<br />
The Discovery Zone and the Cyber Innovation<br />
Zones are located upstairs in the Grand Hall<br />
and will feature some of the most innovative<br />
new companies in the industry. The UK Cyber<br />
Security Innovation Zone is where the 13<br />
companies who have taken part in a national<br />
competition to find the UK's Most Innovative<br />
Small Cyber Security Company 2018 will be<br />
located.<br />
The competition, organised by the<br />
Department for Digital, Culture, Media and<br />
Sport and sponsored by SNC-Lavalin Atkins,<br />
will see four finalists in action, pitching their<br />
new products and services in front of the<br />
Keynote Stage audience and expert judging<br />
panel on Wednesday, 6 June. This event is<br />
part of Infosecurity Week, which will also<br />
feature the 2018 Cloud Security Alliance<br />
Summit and Women in Cybersecurity<br />
