a) General erperience of not less than lr\tent years.
b) Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last
10 (ten) years:
(i) Completed at least 0t(one) of a similar nature of building proicct
(package) having a minimum cost olTk. I 4(fourteen) crore in a
