Rules to Remember Exhibitors are prohibited from assigning or subletting a booth or any part of the space allotted to them except upon written permission from the Society. Nor shall they exhibit or permit to be exhibited in their spaces any merchandise not part of their own regular product line nor shall they exhibit or permit any advertising or promotional material directly pertaining to such products. In the area four feet forward from rear of booth, display material (including the booth’s structure itself) may be placed up to a height of eight feet from the building floor. In any portion of the booth beyond four feet from the rear of the booth, all parts of the booth structure and products on display must be placed not to exceed 33 inches from the building floor. This four-foot rule applies only to Exhibitors not occupying island spaces. Standard Exhibit 10' Exhibit 4' ASIS Exhibit Booth Construction Rules Please be sure your booth meets these construction requirements. No exceptions to the conditions will be permitted. 10' Exhibit 6' The objective is to prevent one exhibitor from blocking the booth of another. Do not place your demonstration areas on the aisle line of your exhibit if you expect many people to congregate at one time. Leave space within your own exhibit area to absorb the majority of the crowd. Should spectators interfere with the normal traffic flow in the aisle or overflow into the exhibit of your neighbor, you will be requested to limit or eliminate the presentation. Police your own booth to be sure the noise level for any demonstrations or sound system is kept to a minimum and does not interfere with others. ASIS reserves the right to determine at what point sound constitutes interference with others and must be discontinued. 4' 10' Exhibit 10' Only island booths may display hanging signs and they may not exceed 25 feet in height from the top of the sign to the floor.
