years.
A private, not-for-profit organization, NADAP
provides a range of supportive services to
help New Yorkers with employment barriers
achieve self-sufficiency.
NADAP prepares job seekers to become
productive employees through education,
training, and individualized services.
Our services include case management,
assessment, professional training, and
employment preparation, placement and
retention throughout New York City and
Westchester County.
Each year, more than 40,000 individuals
receive employment-related services through
NADAP’s programs. Program services are
provided to adult job seekers, dislocated
workers, public assistance recipients,
workforce development professionals, and
the business community. The common goal
of all NADAP programs and services is
employment and workforce development.

only to help those seeking employment, but
also to meet the staffing and training needs
of large and small businesses in varied
industry sectors.
