NADAP has been changing lives for <strong>40</strong><br />

A private, not-for-profit organization, NADAP<br />

provides a range of supportive services to<br />

help New Yorkers with employment barriers<br />

achieve self-sufficiency.<br />

NADAP prepares job seekers to become<br />

productive employees through education,<br />

training, and individualized services.<br />

Our services include case management,<br />

assessment, professional training, and<br />

employment preparation, placement and<br />

retention throughout New York City and<br />

Westchester County.<br />

Each year, more than <strong>40</strong>,000 individuals<br />

receive employment-related services through<br />

NADAP’s programs. Program services are<br />

provided to adult job seekers, dislocated<br />

workers, public assistance recipients,<br />

workforce development professionals, and<br />

the business community. The common goal<br />

of all NADAP programs and services is<br />

employment and workforce development.<br />

Our range of employment and workforce<br />

development initiatives are designed not<br />

only to help those seeking employment, but<br />

also to meet the staffing and training needs<br />

of large and small businesses in varied<br />

industry sectors.<br />

Founded in 1971, NADAP is one of the<br />

largest private not-for-profit providers of<br />

workforce development services in the New<br />

York metropolitan area.<br />
