4.1. Roads<br />
I cannot emphasis that the road<br />
network that was hardly built around<br />
1998 has been left to go down by the<br />
previous administration. No efforts<br />
have been made to build roads for<br />
other areas like<br />

Ephaneni to Shagari etc<br />
Vungu to Makhulambila<br />
With a proper government, institutions like ZINARA and Ministry of<br />
Transport and Infrastructural<br />
Development has funding for<br />
development of our areas. I will be<br />
vocal and do serious engagement s<br />
in order to have our roads<br />
development.<br />
Bridges and general levelling of<br />
roads, those we shall do on our own<br />
as a community.<br />
If we choose MPs who reside elsewhere we shall not have any<br />
development as these challenges don’t affect them.<br />
4.2. Water<br />
I have noted with great concern that we don’t have access to<br />
basics like water.<br />
Boreholes<br />
I am already working towards capacitating each ward with a<br />
borehole.<br />
Dams<br />
I have also identified a number of dams that need rehabilitation for<br />
our animals and community gardening projects.<br />
