<strong>chase</strong> alumni association Welcomes<br />

all alumni into membership<br />

Dear <strong>Chase</strong> alumni,<br />

i am pleased to announce that all <strong>Chase</strong> alumni are now automatically members <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Chase</strong><br />

alumni association. <strong>Chase</strong> has almost 5,000 living alumni in 47 states, washington, D.C., and<br />

three foreign countries.<br />

we invite all <strong>of</strong> our alumni to reconnect with fellow classmates and the law school through<br />

the <strong>Chase</strong> alumni association. <strong>Chase</strong> alumni may stay connected in a variety <strong>of</strong> ways, such<br />

as by reading <strong>Chase</strong>’s print and online publications, attending alumni networking events,<br />

volunteering with student programs, nominating a colleague for an alumni award, submitting<br />

a class note for the nKU <strong>Chase</strong> <strong>Law</strong>yer magazine or alumni e-newsletter, or by simply keeping<br />

our alumni records up to date. we have included some further highlights on these pages <strong>of</strong> the<br />

many ways that our alumni stay connected and engaged with each other and the college <strong>of</strong> law.<br />

while our annual membership dues have been eliminated, we encourage our alumni to<br />

continue to financially support the association’s programs for alumni and students by making<br />

charitable donations to the college <strong>of</strong> law designated for alumni association activities.<br />

The <strong>Chase</strong> Alumni Association sponsors an alumni group admission ceremony at the U.S.<br />

Supreme Court every other year.<br />

The association sponsors an annual reception for graduates<br />

and their families.<br />

The <strong>Chase</strong> alumni luncheon and awards celebration in October 2010 was attended by more<br />

than 300 alumni and friends. The alumni CLE program was held before and after the luncheon.<br />

Receptions at bar conventions<br />

The alumni association hosts receptions at the <strong>Kentucky</strong> and<br />

Ohio bar conventions annually.<br />

Each fall, the <strong>Chase</strong> Alumni Association’s board <strong>of</strong> governors gives <strong>Chase</strong> logo T-shirts to the<br />

entering first-year students.<br />
