Life After Stroke or Brain Injury<br />

a brain injury? Would you like to try new<br />
activities?<br />
Ferndown Leisure Centre have teamed up<br />
with The New Forest Paddle Sport Company,<br />
to offer stand up paddle boarding and<br />
kayaking to stroke survivors.<br />
Why not book in, to try these sports, with<br />
fully qualified instructors? As long as you are<br />
happy to be in the water and don’t mind<br />
falling in, the rest is easy. If you would like to<br />
