After two days of intense strategy
meeting at the far end of the
Trondheim fjord, we all feel tired as
well as nurtured :)

We would like to thank the organizers
for the thought-provoking meetings,
good food and great location!
For those who could not make it to

Day #1 started with this challenging
questions.
We all held a 1,5 minute presentation
about who we are, what we do, and what do
we want. There were many MANY silent
presentations.
Once again, Priscilla rocked the scene with
her creativity. Priscilla, you are a legendary
presenter!
The day proceeded with hot debates
around what our strengths as individual
researchers and as a group are, and
whether we all could be ehm... what was it?
mashed potato? butterpie? smør?
Jennifer took a long walk in the beach after
the meeting, and cleaned the shore from
some plastic waste. Guess what she has
found? SMØR!

KULTERE UT I VERDEN
Eid Mubarak! I have been out in
the field for almost two weeks
now trying to understand the
mystery of integration. So far I
have seen two elg and three
deer. I spent time knitting, eating
pizza and drinking real Eritrean
coffee. Oh yes, and today I
celebrated the end of Ramadan
with a friendly people who kept
feeding me. Thanks God I also
have a membership to the local
gym. Fieldwork is fun!
Angelina
Angelina og jeg har vært på
feiltarbeid på prosjektet
Living Integration. Og mens
jeg har returnert til Trondheim
og Dragvoll, har Angelina
flyttet inn i dette fine
Stabburet for studere
integrering i frivillighet og
hverdagsliv et par måneders
tid.

KULT PET
Let me introduce Bølla!
Bølla is a little furry and smelly creature
that we "babysit" from time to time.
When his mommy is not around, we
spoil him with long walks, dog cookies
and freshly boiled pasta (he loves
pasta).
Oh, and he hates it when we close the
bathroom door. He has to watch...
Kinda creepy, but also very cute :)
