<strong>Dart</strong> can provide CUSTOM MACHINED<br />
and ASSEMBLED cylinder heads to<br />
meet your needs.<br />
Now you can get <strong>Dart</strong> Race Series small block and big block<br />
cylinder heads prepared to your exact requirements! We’ve<br />
expanded our range of CNC porting and component options<br />
to fit more applications and budgets.<br />

AS CAST:<br />
<strong>Dart</strong> Iron Eagle and PRO1 heads have intake ports, exhaust<br />
ports and combustion chambers which are designed to be<br />
used as is. They are cast based on hand developed models to<br />
deliver excellent performance without requiring any additional<br />
porting or grinding.<br />

COPPER VALVE SEATS<br />
FULL PORT:<br />
Full CNC machining of intake ports, exhaust ports, and<br />
combustion chambers for maximum power and consistency.<br />
Includes precision valve job and hand blending.<br />
NITROUS & CONICAL CHAMBER OPTIONS:<br />
<strong>Dart</strong>’s conical chamber machining helps to extract maximum<br />
performance from nitrous and forced induction engines.<br />
VALVE SEAT OPTIONS:<br />
Powder metal, Ductile Iron and Copper infiltrated seats are<br />
standard in most <strong>Dart</strong> heads. Copper and hardened seat options<br />
are available.<br />

VALVE MATERIAL OPTIONS:<br />
Premium Stainless Steel valves are standard in <strong>Dart</strong> cylinder<br />
heads. Titanium and Inconel are an available option. Inconel valves<br />
are recommended for marine or turbocharged applications.<br />
VALVE GUIDES:<br />
<strong>Dart</strong> manufactures our own valve guides from premium<br />
Manganese-Bronze for improved wear characteristics and<br />
precise tolerances.<br />
