Honor Commitments
Earn trust by honoring commitments and timelines. Make sure
customers, co-workers and partners know they can count on us to get
the job done the way we agreed to do it. This includes being on time for
phone calls, appointments, meetings, deadlines, and promises. Allow
extra time for surprises and delays, and don’t let them become excuses.
Celebrate All Successes
Celebrate with each other the many accomplishments and wins along the
way. Go out of your way to recognize your peers doing something well,
and congratulate them on their wins. Together everyone achieves more!
Respect Teammates
Everyone appreciates the opportunity to be held to a higher standard.
Respect is the ultimate sign of appreciation and regard for your
teammates. Bad days, personal conflicts, or differences in roles is not an
excuse. Always demonstrate respect for each and every one on the team.
Practice Blameless Problem-Solving
Work as a team to solve problems together. Don’t search for blame or
dwell on problems – this is a waste of talented resources. Look forward
and develop solutions together, applying creativity, spirit and enthusiasm.
