Details/Hair and Makeup (1.5 hrs)
Documentation of the “getting ready” process
Preparation:
The bride should have her dress, engagement rings, both
wedding bands, shoes, flowers, jewelry and any other items
to be photographed all on hand as she is getting her hair
and makeup done.
Additional photos may include:
Bridal party in matching outfits or robes (add 10 min)
Champagne toast (add 5 min)
Family Formals and Bridal Party (45 min)
Group photos with those closest to the couple
Preparation:
All those needed for the photos (bridal party, immediate
family, grandparents) should be well informed of where
they need to be and when. A common issue involves
extended family members leaving the ceremony site when
they need to stick around for pictures, which should be
prevented through proper communication. These pictures
are typically taken following the ceremony at the venue or
church but can be taken earlier if the bride and groom have
done a first look.
Portraits of the Bride (1 hr)
Preparation:
Typically begins 2 hours prior to ceremony or first look.
Bride’s hair and makeup should be complete, but she should
not have changed into her gown. Those assisting the bride
(Maid-of-Honor, Mom, etc.) should be dressed and ready
for photos.
Additional photos may include:
First look with Dad or bridesmaids (add 10 min)
Bride with parents and/or siblings (add 10 min)
Bridesmaid group shots (add 15 min)
Bride receiving letter or gift (add 10 min)
Portraits of the Newlyweds (1-2 hours)
Preparation:
All we need is the bride and groom in their best spirits.
Shooting time may vary but keep in mind the more time we
are given, the higher quantity and quality of photos you will
receive. Either way, we’ll make the process fun and easy, not
a burden!
Additional photos may include:
First look (add 20 min)
Portraits of the Groom (1 hr)
Bold images of the leading man
Preparation:
The groom should be showered and dressed, but not
wearing jacket or tie. Groomsmen do not need to be ready.
Addtional photos may include:
Groom with parents and/or siblings (add 10 min)
Groomsmen candid or group photos (add 15 min)
Groom receiving letter or gift (add 10 min)t
Night Shots (10-20 minutes)
A great alternative to traditional wedding photography
Preparation:
When it’s time for the night shot, we’ll pull you aside for a
few short moments. Most couples remark that taking night
shots is a nice opporunity to take a breather from the action
and get some fresh air.
Don’t fret the weather. Night shots can be used to capture
the rain in stunning fashion!
