Detectathane Polyurethane Belt<br />
Detectathane is part of a new series of film grade polyester-based thermoplastic<br />
polyurethanes (TPU), specifically targeted for extruded profiles, film and<br />
sheet applications, moulded parts, and other high end extrusion applications.<br />
Detectathane exhibits excellent abrasion resistance and toughness, and<br />
conforms to FDA food contact directives and has been approved for use by the<br />
USDA. (Equipment Acceptance Certificate)<br />

Detectable Polythene<br />
Recognizing the issue of risk of film contamination in the food and pharmaceutical<br />
processing industry, Detectamet have developed a unique metal detectable<br />
polythene film.<br />
The Detectamet Detectable film replaces standard thick blue polyethylene film<br />
with a stiffer, stronger film that is detectable down to very small particle sizes by<br />
the standard metal detection systems already in place on food processing lines.<br />
Detectamet Polythene is available in sheet, reel or bag format in a wide range of<br />
sizes and colours to suit many applications.<br />
