CUSTOM ORDERING
Minimum order quantity for custom orders is
15 pieces. A design fee of €500 applies to orders
for custom artwork (includes personal consultation
and up to 3 proofs).
Minimum re-order quantity is 10 pieces; no
design fee applies if same artwork is used. A
minimum fee of €75 will apply for modifications
to previously approved artwork.

Yearly subscription fee: €100 (waived until 2019)
Work with the designer to define product and colour
choices. Order 8 or more pieces for sample and/or
sale. We provide a convenient display swatch book
including only your specially selected color combinations.
Take orders directly from your customers, submit them to us,
with instructions to send it directly to the customer
anywhere in the world, or to you for pick up. Set-up
includes an easy-to-use order sheet and receipt for customer
collection, swatch book(s) and information leaflets.
Update your swatch book twice a year, receive priority
service for new sample orders, as well as advance access
to special fabric stocks. A minimum annual order volume
of approxmately €1500 is required to keep your bespoke
service active.

HOME DECOR
All TEXTILECRAFT home textiles are produced using
only natural fiber fabrics. We can perform speciality
fabric searches or we can work with your existing
fabric supplier(s).
A wide range of sizes and decorative treatments are
available across our home textile range.
Fabric selection for home decor orders is by consultation.
In most cases, no design fee applies.
Our modest per-style minimums make it possible for you
to easily add a coordinated and curated-by-you home
range to your inventory.

PRIVATE LABELING & CUSTOM PACKAGING
Your retail identity is an important expression of your
style and reflects personal investments of time and
energy in building your unique retail concept. Private
and partner labeling as well as custom packaging are
impactful tools to buld or support your retail brand.
LABELING
All TEXTILECRAFT products are available for private or
partner labeling, applying to tags sewn into garments
as well as hang tags. TEXTILECRAFT combines 100%
cotton muslin with laser burnishing to create minimalist
labels and tags. To our knowledge this style of label is
an industry first. Because we design and execute these
in-house, extensive customisation is possible.
With private labeling only your store name and/or logo
appear; all TEXTILECRAFT branding is removed. Private
labeling is an effective way to link your signature colour
palette with your brand.
With parnter labeling your store name and the
TEXTILECRAFT brand share the label
(i.e.,“TEXTILECRAFT for Your Store Name”).
Private labeling
Private labeling is available on all orders over €1000.
A design/set-up fee of €250 applies to initial orders for
privately labeled products.
Partner labeling
Partner labeling is available on all orders over €1000.
A design/set-up fee of €150 applies to initial orders for
products with partner labeling.
Re-ordering with custom labeling
For re-orders of private and partner labeled products,
standard minimums apply; no design fee applies if same
artwork is used. A minimum fee of €75 will apply for
modifications to previously approved artwork.

PACKAGING
Custom packaging options apply to TEXTILECRAFT
Illuminated Works, JC Night Lights and Eco Craft Kits.
All our packaging is plastic free and entirely
biodegradable, and even inkless thanks to our use of
laser cutting. Our packaging is another product of
in-house design.
Only partner branding is available with custom
packaging. Custom packaging is ideal for special
orders of our illuminated works, including corporate gifts,
or for holiday and special event displays.
Custom packaging is available on all orders over €1000.
A design/set-up fee of €150 applies to all initial orders
with custom packaging.
For re-orders with custom packaging, standard
minimums apply; no design fee applies if same artwork
is used. A minimum fee of €75 will apply for modifications
of previously approved artwork.

BILLING & DELIVERY
DELIVERY
TEXTILECRAFT despatches all orders from our studio
in Vienna. We personally deliver all orders to our
local clients.
For clients not based in Vienna, delivery charges are
established and added to your invoice at the time an
order is placed. In all cases we are happy to use any
courier you designate.
ORDER BILLING
For New Accounts
Full payment is due when an order is accepted by
TEXTILECRAFT.
For Established Accounts (3 or more order history)
50% of order balance at the time an order is accepted.
Remaining balance invoiced approximately 30 days prior
to delivery. Full balance required before products can
be despatched.
For all orders and accounts
We will send written confirmation by email that your
order has been accepted together with an invoice.
Your order is added to our production schedule when
payment for this invoice is received. We will send further
confirmation of your payment, together with an accurate
date for delivery.
PAYMENTS
TEXTILECRAFT accepts by cash, PayPal and
SEPA bank transfer (EU only).

MADE TO ORDER SERVICE BILLING & DELIVERY
When you opt in to one or all of our made to order
services, orders are accepted on a rolling or continuous
basis. We hand deliver local orders directly to your store.
For clients in and outside Vienna we also offer drop
shipping from our studio. Our flat fee for drop shipping is
€20 per unique address.
Product and shipping charges are included in a combined
invoice, issued monthly (when applicable) to made to
order service subscribers.
