Other findings include:
1. Nearly 1 in 4 (24%) admitted they were often chased by people they owed money to
2. The most common age group free entitlement was offered to was 3 year olds (89%)
3. Nearly a third (32%) said they had lost more than 10% of their staff in the past year
4. The average occupancy rate was 80.24%
