We heavily invest in developing our corporate identity to cement our position as<br />

Whistler’s leading authority in real estate. Our focus on partnerships, media and<br />

online exposure, help drive referrals and website visitation from qualified markets,<br />

while also strengthening our brand awareness; these efforts ultimately provide<br />

enhanced exposure to you as a seller.<br />

Our efforts also include pro-active marketing to key markets; most recently we<br />

have run an online campaign to promote the strong exchange rates to international<br />

markets.<br />

SETTING THE MARKETING BENCHMARK<br />

Our ongoing insight into the evolving trends of the luxury real estate market call for a new approach in how properties<br />

are marketed; both from a holistic messaging perspective and its execution. We have expertly adapted a strategy<br />

that defines a new benchmark in the Whistler Real Estate market; focusing on the emotive aspects of a property we<br />

can further engage clients and minimize their reservations.<br />

A recent example is a lifestyle video we commissioned for a residence on substantial flat acreage, walking distance<br />

to the village. The creative focused on how the residence could be used to create family memories and connect to<br />

the Whistler lifestyle.
